Attached are his thoughts on multi-tasking. He states, "Multitasking, when it comes to paying attention is a myth." Many of us praise a person's ability to multitask. This book provides interesting evidence that "the brain is a sequential processor, unable to pay attention to two things at the same time." In our world of smart phones, tablet PCs, social networks, etc we need to consider Medina's comments if we want to improve productivity.
